  • Longley Community Sports Club Longley Road, Huddersfield HD5 8JN (map)

Fridays. 10.30am-12pm.

If you have a relative who is living with Parkinson’s then you’ll know how debilitating it can be. Tennis is a fun and effective way of keeping active. Did you know that playing tennis can be a game-changer for individuals with Parkinson's?

Here are just some of the benefits:

  • Improved Motor Skills

  • Enhanced Balance and Coordination

  • Cardiovascular Fitness

  • Social Interaction

  • Cognitive Stimulation

  • Fun and Enjoyment

  • Flexibility and Range of Motion

Our sessions are designed to stimulate the senses, encourage movement and coordination and most of all have fun. They happen every Friday at the club and can be indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

For more information or to book a place please text or call our head coach Alan Cutts on 07368 812691.
